In these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person using our website or placing an order.

4. Custom and personalized jerseys

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a custom order. Changes may no longer be possible once production has started. We will explain the available options based on the actual order status. We remain responsible for errors we make in producing the agreed customization.

5. Orders and account information

Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must be legally able to place the order or have the necessary parent or guardian authorization. Keep your account login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

An automated order receipt confirms that we received your request. Orders remain subject to payment verification, availability and our ability to fulfil the selected options. If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any unfulfilled items already paid for. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Prices and payment

An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed. Carrier delays, customs checks and an incorrect address can affect delivery.

Please check your delivery address before ordering and notify us promptly of any correction. Use Track Order where tracking is available. Contact customer service if an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged so we can investigate and explain the next steps.

8. Cancellations, returns and product problems

Our Returns & Refunds policy provides the order-specific return process. Custom or personalized jerseys may be ineligible for change-of-mind returns once production begins. Before purchasing, review the applicable conditions and contact us if you are unsure.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description or agreed customization, contact 805098011@qq.com with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs where available. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable. A final-sale statement does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
